ABOUT US
SMASH isn’t a typical fitness class.

It's group therapy energy meets club vibes. It's bold movement, community connection, and deep inner work crammed into a 60-minute package.
SMASH was built by sisters Tayler (a registered nurse) and Chelsey (a licensed therapist), who saw a gap in the fitness world. Too many group fitness classes are buttoned-up, restrictive, polite. They wanted a space where participants could move without shrinking, drop the performance, and revel in feminine energy without apology.

The choreography blends elements from hip-hop, pole, yoga, burlesque, and more - creating movement designed to light up the muscles where stress and trauma like to hide. It’s fun as hell, and it’ll make you feel sexy, powerful, and alive.
The music? Just as bold as the movement. We use explicit tracks on purpose - indulgent, permissive, and emotionally charged - because your workout should move you in every sense of the word.
